Returns and refund


DEFECTIVE DEVICES

If you feel that your device/product is defective you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the device/product. We will make arrangements for the device/product(s) to be returned to the Manufacturer Novo Nordisk and for a replacement device/product to be sent out from the Manufacturer.

YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND

As a general rule if you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulations). Due to the nature of the Medical Products being sold, Regulation 13(1) applies such that you have no such right of cancellation under the Regulations. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Notwithstanding the clause above, we will allow you to cancel your order at any time before the time of the Despatch, which is when the Contract between us is formed.

To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at hello@burwashpharmacy.co.uk or contact us by telephone on 00 44 1273 204 905.

You cannot cancel by post. If you are e-mailing us to cancel please include details of the name you used to order. This will help us to identify it. For example, if you have given us notice in time as long as we have received your e-mail before midnight on the date before the date of the Despatch. So if the date of despatch is Wednesday jan 9th, we need to have received your email cancellation before midnight (23:59 at the latest) on Tuesday january 8th.

If you cancel your Contract in accordance with these Terms we will:

(a)refund you the price you paid for the Medical Products.

(b)refund any delivery costs you have paid.

(c)make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after you duly inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in accordance with these Terms.

Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Medical Products that are in conformity with this Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Medical Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund or anything else in these Terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Damaged items

If your goods appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong then please contact 00 44 1273 204 905 or email hello@burwashpharmacy.co.uk with photographic documentation. Damaged goods need to be returned to Burwash Pharmacy, 9 Burwash Road, Hove, BN3 8GP by secure post. You should retain proof of posting. Replacement goods will only be sent out on receipt of returned damaged goods.
